We invest significantly in a wide range of training, new safety initiatives and procedures for all our personnel, The Managing Director, is the Health and Safety Manager who is assisted by the Health and Safety Administrator, while training needs and requirements are closely monitored by our Training Co-ordinator.
Our aim is to make all our employees and sub-contractors aware of the importance of Health and Safety and ultimately make our sites a safe place to work. We are continually striving to improve our standards in Health and Safety and actively promote excellent Health and Safety standards within the company.
CPD is encouraged and systems set in place to ensure this with all employees.
